Vandalism claims are handled much like burglary/theft claims. The insurance company will want to establish that property vandalized in fact belonged to the insured. To that end it is critical that all vandalsim be reported to police departments to record the event. Make sure you provide adequate detail and photos of the property damaged.

In the event that property damaged results in release of water or perhaps the ignition of a fire make sure all damages are remediated and the property is properly protected from further damage. It is always best to photograph all items that were damaged.  Should you forget an item or items you can always update the police report at a later time. • We report your claim and followup with company adjusters, in writing, orally, and through various site visits and meetings.

• We meet with insurance company adjusters to identify and document the scope of the physical and personal property damage and loss.

• We prepare a complete detailed report identifying the full scope of your loss and present to your insurance company.

• We will negotiate a final settlement of your claim and only accept it upon your approval.
